Given the exceptional value and rarity of our pieces, we are unable to accept returns based on change of mind.

Returns are only accepted in exceptional cases, such as when an item does not match the description. In such cases, the item must be returned within 7 days, with all original tags and accessories intact. Please note that any signs of use or intentional damage will void the refund eligibility.

• We currently ship only within GCC countries (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman) via DHL.

• Sinina is not liable for any delays due to customs, courier issues, or force majeure events.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or local taxes in their respective countries.

11. VAT and Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include 5% UAE VAT where applicable.

For orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates, a 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied in accordance with the regulations of the UAE Federal Tax Authority.

For orders shipped outside the UAE, including to GCC countries such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain, VAT is not charged, and the transaction is treated as a zero-rated export, provided that all export conditions are met.

Shipping fees are also subject to VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to update our pricing and tax policy in accordance with changes in tax laws or business practices.

12. Duties and Local Taxes Outside the UAE

All orders shipped outside the United Arab Emirates are invoiced without VAT. Customers are responsible for any applicable local taxes (e.g., VAT), customs duties, and clearance fees upon delivery, as charged by the shipping carrier in the destination country.
